So, HRB recommended the creation of Skogman's HomeTracker - an online resource that allows home buyers to log on to a Web site with access to information about the status of their home construction. It also included updated buyer's costs, status reports, pictures of the home, change orders and more.
This immediate communication between home buyers and the Skogman construction team during every stage of process improved buyer satisfaction and saved time.
