Social Media Marketing (SMM) helps companies achieve branding and marketing goals through the participation in various social media networks (Facebook, Digg, Twitter, Blogs, etc).
In these tough economic times, businesses need to reduce costs, but not at the expense of decreasing marketing and promotion. The worst 2 decisions you can make as a business owner is (one) stop investing marketing and PR, and (two) stop investing in your people. So what can you do?
